(First of all, happy two years to PLT. And what better way for me to say congrats then with my first ever Phil likes Tacos fanfic. Without further adue.(How do you spell that anway?) Here's the Search for Doug.)
"I have to pay for a taco!?"
"Do you sell burgers here?"
"I want a soft shell taco with a hard shell."
"How much is a seventy-nine cent taco?"
Phil wasn't bothered by these questions very much. He'd worked at Happy Taco for some time now and was used to these kind of customers. He just smiled and attempted to keep an optomistic attitude. Besides, all he needed to do was remember the employees working under him as well as his roommate.
"Hey cutie." Came a voice from the enterance that Phil knew all too well. He looked up to see three young ladies walking towards him. Three ladies he knew simply as the taco regular cuties.
"So what're you doing today?" The leader of the little trio asked.
"Working." Phil aswered, without much energy. It'd been a long day already and he really didn't have the patients for these three. Not that he'd let that interefere with his work.
"So can I get you girls anything?" He asked.
The leader grinned and responded, "How about your number."
He felt like ramming his head into the counter but knew he couldn't give them the satifaction of getting to him. Instead, he just ignored the comment praying that closing time would come soon.
Finally, that time did come, and after cleaning up the kitchen and dining area, Phil made his way home.
He almost immediately noticed something was wrong. No crashes. No screams. The entire area was quiet. With Phil's roommate, that could only mean something was wrong.
"Doug!" Phil called out, entering the house.
There was no response. Normally, this wouldn't be too unusual, but the calmness all around bothered him. The note attached the the TV didn't make him feel any better. He quickly grabbed it and began reading.
To whom it may concern:
I have kidnapped Doug. As this is a revenge thing, I do not want a ransom...on the other hand, I've been in the mood to try that new online game...no, no, I've got to stay focused on the task at hand. Disregard the previous. This is simply revenge.
Zoug
Then again...I could probably get a good ransom for Doug...unless his roommate hates him as much as everyone else does, he might not be willing to pay a ransom...Oh forget it.
Phil looked up from the letter, worry written all over his face.(hopefully not with perminant marker)
To be continued...
