I think Andrew really nails the stick figure like drawing of sonic, he looks very cool! Although I'm not really that much of a Sonic fan I still love the strips of this week!

It's always interesting to see how known characters will look in the PLT style  All the Sonic ones look great, just as all the Pokemon ones did from your earlier stories (particularly MewTwo), and also when Link made an appearance. The story is also going well... being a big Sonic fan myself, I think the humor is great, and can't wait to see how the rest of this story plays out ;D |

Mecha-Doug had to get new spikes on his head because the right ones got busted off in the F-Zero race. Might as well get both replaced to match I guess. Mostly The spikes always looked weird and I was seeing how he would look if I changed them just a little. I'll probably change them back, because I'm not liking these ones as much. And yes, he's missing an arm still. Robots are expensive to fix, even if ... well, now I'm geting into Sunday's comic.
And I just had to made Friday's strip about the camera problems in Sonic. But if you don't fix them in the updated Gamecube versions of SA1&2, then you're asking for it!
Oh, and I'm glad everyone likes the PLT Sonic characters!

Mmmm ... spam. I collected the comic books for a while. I have #25-#50 and a whole bunch of the special ones that came out durring that time. After that I lost intrest in the comic, and it doesn't seem like I'm missing much, as THIS ( www.andrews.edu/~drazen/BW2001.htm)webpage pointed out. But I still take a peak at them every once in a while just to see what they're up to. I also like Spaz's work. And it's hard to not notice Mina when surfing your site Steve. Whee! |

That webpage you linked, Andy, does point out the crap. The plotline is okay, sometimes intersting but that's really not wholly why I enjoy the Sonic comics. I just like the artwork. And we haven't seen Mina in 9 issues, I'm going to cry. And if you like Spaz's (fulk name: Patrick Spaziante) work, he's now doing the internal art for the new Mega Man comics published by Image. www.quasicomics.com/misc/megaman.jpg (~100kb) there's a scan. He makes Zero look totally badass. |
